KKR vs SRH: The final match of IPL 2024 was played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. Batting first in this match, SRH team was all out for 113 runs. Hyderabad batsmen, who batted stormily throughout the season, flopped miserably in the playoff matches. In the final match, Hyderabad team could not bat the entire 20 overs.

In this match, the series of wickets falling for Hyderabad started in the very first over and ended in the 19th over. In the first over, Mitchell Starc was the first to dismiss Abhishek Sharma and the last wicket fell to Pat Cummins. Captain Cummins was out in this match after scoring 24 runs in 19 balls. Looking at the position in which Starc was standing, it seemed that he would easily catch this catch, but it did not happen and he missed an easy catch.
